• All Orders Must be placed No Later than 10 Days Prior to your Homecoming Date.

• • Please Note: This is the Date of your Actual Homecoming

  • If you require your order to be completed sooner, please contact us to see if rush orders are available.

  • All rush orders are subject to a $25 Rush Fee.

RETURNS

• Due to the Custom Nature of your Order, All Sales are Final!

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

• You will be notified via email once your order is completed.

• If your order is being shipped, your order will be shipped on the Monday of your Homecoming Week.

• Shipping is provided through FedEx. A FedEx tracking number will be provided with your completion notification.

turn around time

• All orders are typically completed and ready for pickup or drop-off by the Wednesday of your Homecoming Week (if your homecoming falls on a Friday)

  • ​​If your Homecoming falls on a Thursday, your order will be ready by the Tuesday of your Homecoming Week.

  • Please Note: Orders are not necessarily work in the order they are received.
     

 

DALLAS/FT WORTH AREA SCHOOLS

• If a minimum of 10 Orders are completed from your school, we will arrange a local pickup date and time with no additional charge! So, be sure to spread the word to your friends and family!
