1. Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.

2. Order Placement: Orders must be placed at least 10 days before your homecoming date. Rush orders may be available for a $25 fee; please contact us to inquire.

3. Major Changes: No major changes (size, color, prints) can be made within 7 days of your homecoming date. Contact us promptly for any modifications.

4. Turnaround Time: Orders are ready by the Wednesday of homecoming week (Friday homecoming) or by Tuesday (Thursday homecoming). Orders are prioritized by event date.

5. Local Pickup: If 10 or more orders are completed from your school, you can qualify for free local pickup. Spread the word to friends and family to qualify.

6. Shipping: Shipped orders go out via FedEx on the Monday of your homecoming week. A tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for shipping delays.

7. Payment: Full payment is required at order placement. We accept various payment methods listed on our website.

8. Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the product. We are not responsible for any damages or losses from using our products.

10. Governing Law: These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes will be handled in Texas courts.

11. Changes to Terms: We may update these terms without notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the new terms.
